About AVA--A Virtual Assistant

Our mission:
To free our clients to do what they love best by doing what we do best--enabling our clients to save time and shine online.

Our credentials:
We are a woman-owned, family-operated business based in southeastern Pennsylvania.
We are all college graduates and professionals who possess
business management, computer, executive assistant, and teaching skills AND
  • the desire to see you succeed
  • the skills to help you and your business save time and money
  • the ability to make you shine online and in print.

Our company:
After graduating from the College of William and Mary, Debbie Lynn Butler provided virtual assistance, wordsmithing, and proofreading to non-profits and friends for over 15 years while also raising a family and then working in the business world. She founded AVA Professional Support Services to make the most of her years of experience.

She now does most of her online content creation as the E-Content Butler. She continues to serve as a virtual volunteer for Good Works Inc. in Chester County, Pennsylvania as a way of giving back to her community.

George, our IT/computer consultant and Debbie Lynn's husband, is also a William and Mary graduate and has been employed in the computer industry for over 28 years. He keeps our computers functioning efficiently so we can better serve our clients.

Lisa, our Spanish consultant, is an Elizabethtown College graduate. She is a middle school Spanish teacher by profession and an avid world traveler by choice. She provides input as needed when translated documents are being reviewed for accuracy.

Our clients have discovered how a virtual assistant can free them to do what they love best, save them time and money, and make them shine online and in print.
